Connection Point: Competitive Positioning Analysis & Product Review

Summary:

This is a project I completed as Director of Growth at ConnectionPoint Systems. It's a review of a new market entry stealing share from established players and competing in the same area as our main platform (SME and individuals). The purpose was to inform the rest of the leadership team and learn from what they were doing well.
